The audio practicum courses provide students with concentrated hands-on experience with a variety of sound production, maintenance, and measurement/calibration activities in a lab environment. Students will be required to select and perform hands-on activities as agreed to in a written plan in three different lab areas from the following list: sound recording, sound reinforcement, acoustics, systems design/installation, equipment maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and new technologies.
