NURS 1250   Medication Administration II 1  
  Medication Administration II is a lecture/lab course that expands the student's knowledge to include parenteral routes of administration. This course integrates drug classifications, dosage calculation, and lab values related to medication administration. Simulation will be used to apply knowledge of therapeutic and adverse effects of medications. NURS 1200 needs to be successfully completed with a grade of C prior to NURS 1250. Students must have successfully completed or concurrently be enrolled in BIOL210 and CMST226.  
  Prerequisite: Admission to the practical nursing program
