All areas of the private and public sectors are in need of computer support technicians. This two-year degree prepares the student to enter the workforce as a computer support technician. Graduates will learn how to maintain computer hardware and software, assist network managers, and provide customer service for a variety of users and environments. Graduates will also learn many modern Internet, operating systems, and server technologies.
