CF 1691   Carpentry Tools and Construction Safety 4  
  This course is designed to help students become aware of the dangers involved in the carpentry trade. The student will demonstrate preventive safety, along with emergency procedures which may be needed on a construction site. This course also covers parts and proper use of hand, portable, and stationary power tools. Each student will perform exercises to bring them to a level of competency acceptable to the carpentry trade. The safety portion of the course will cover first aid, emergency response, and CPR. Replaced by CF 1100 2/17/2011 Effective Fall 2011
