This course is designed for a student entering the computer systems or network administration field who desires an understanding of computer diagnostics and hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software. This is by performing 48 hours of service in the CST Helpdesk. This class covers many diagnostic and repair techniques, work place documentation, demonstration of proper business ethics, and cooperation with peers and customers.
