EMSP 1554   Cardiology 4  
  This course provides in-depth assessment and treatments for the patient who is suffering a cardiac event including how to acquire and interpret 12-lead ECGs. Topics include cardiac anatomy, circulatory system, heart sounds, EtC02 monitoring and waveform capnography, ECG axis, identifying acute ECG changes, pathophysiology of the patient experiencing and acute myocardian infarction (AMI) and pharmacological and electrical interventions for the AMI patient.
