Students who plan to take several semesters of calculus should register for the Math 121-122 sequence. Topics covered include linear functions and applications; polynomial, rational, exponential, and logarithmic functions; continuity; limits and differentiation of the elementary functions with applications to rates of change; applications of extrema; implicit differentiation and related rates; approximations by differentials; integration with standard forms and applications to area and volume. | ||||
