Ridgewater College offers a combination of agriculture and general education courses which lead to a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Education at the University of Minnesota. This "2+2" program allows students to take the first two years of courses at the Willmar campus, transferring all courses into the Agricultural Education major at the University of Minnesota where a four-year degree can be completed in two additional years. Agricultural Education graduates are in great demand - there are three teaching positions available for every graduate. In addition, agricultural businesses seek these graduates for agricultural sales, services, and management positions.
