The completion of two to three years of college work with a GPA of 2.8 is required for admission to the College of Pharmacy at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis and Duluth.

Students must complete at least 30 semester credits of academic general education (non-science, non-mathematics, non-professional/vocational, non-physical education) courses before graduating from the Pharm.D. program. Pre-Pharmacy credits earned in behavioral sciences, English composition, economics, and public speaking apply toward the general education requirement. It is recommended that this requirement be completed before entering the college.

Students may apply with an A.A. degree if all 66 credits of pre-requisites are completed.
