Administrative assistants are employed by every size and type of public and private business organization. The programs are designed to provide students with strong computer software, keyboarding and communication skills. The role of the administrative assistant is always evolving and may include the ability to problem solve ambiguous issues, provide excellent internal and external customer service, manipulate spreadsheet data, assist in project management, and utilize online tools.
