The education paraprofessional program is Minnesota's original and most successful post-secondary training program for paraprofessionals in education, training, and related services. This program provides the skills needed to work in an educational setting. Paraprofessionals work with children in day care centers, preschools, elementary schools and with children or adults with special needs. A paraprofessional is an employee whose position is either instructional in nature or who delivers direct services to individuals and/or their parents.

NOTE: Program participants are subject to background checks according to Minnesota state law.
