Pursue a career as a legal administrative assistant in a law firm, courthouse, government agency or any other office engaging in legal work. The duties of a legal administrative assistant vary, depending on the type of office. Office duties may include answering the phone, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, filing, transcribing documents, preparing billings and assisting attorneys during meetings. This program is designed to provide students with specialized administrative skills and the background in legal terminology, document preparation and office procedures.
